Summary
Only in limitation does the master show himself, and only the law can give us freedom.
His name was Corvo Attano, a man of the empire, come to clean up.
For far too long, eternal city had poisoned the organism from the shadows of the empire. Like swollen, infested ticks, the outlaws of the fetid city spoiled the healthy flesh of the system.
If you asked Garrett, the flesh of the system was a rotten fish at best. But after all, he was one of those ticks that the man had come to pull._____________
This may be slow burn and a long story, but if there's something I really pay attention to it's keeping Corvo and Garrett (and all of the others too) in character.
This is a mix between the old thief games and the reboot, but you don't have to know the old games to understand what's going on. :)

An angel, and that is exactly what Aziraphale is supposed to be, isn't just able to sense love when it it present.
An angel feels it.
Literally.

„Ya’re alright, angel?“
„I am! Can’t you see that, you goddamn…demon, for heaven’s sake, just…shut up for one minute, until I…“, he breathed in as the air in his lungs weren‘t enough to complete his sentence. „It’s the...“, Aziraphale wanted to say love, but he changed his mind throughout his talking. „alcohol…it‘s a bit…overwhelming…at times, I’m afraid.“

Summary
There might haven‘t been a little smile, a fond, mellow touch brushing his skin, or at the very least, a tender glance out of timid, heavenly eyes, for Crowley to realize he had fallen once again. And maybe that would have been everything, what was needed for him to see. However, what there had been, was time. Time, the almost-ending of a world…
…and a nightingale singing in Berkeley Square.
