Summary
Rosie is sick. She wants Sherlock. Instead of being jealous - like he would have been before Mary's death - John understands. In fact, he thinks it's adorable.
However, John and Sherlock's relationship is a tenuous, transitional stage, and Sherlock doesn't know how to navigate it. He still struggles with guilt from Mary's death, trauma from his return to drugs, discovering Eurus, etc.
At the same time, John is the best he's been in years. He goes to therapy two times a week, has a secure job at the clinic, and has finally settled into being a full-time parent. He has also accepted that he is in love with Sherlock.Can Rosie help bring them together?
