This is a GO3 fixit fic
The premise is: I don't think Aziraphale would have stayed away for nearly 3 years then only come back when he needed something. I don't. And if he'd come back sooner, what would have changed? How would the plot have unfurled if they had more time and not just one lousy day together?

Summary
A captured Crowley is imprisoned in Heaven several months after Armagedidn't, only to find that Aziraphale is already there. Whatever the Archangels have done to their rogue angel has left him calmly working away as a pencil pusher, with absolutely no memory of Crowley or his time on Earth.
Aziraphale has been in Heaven for the last 6000 years on prayer duty. He's quite sure of this. So why won't this captured demon get out of his head?

Aziraphale felt his cheeks flush pink. “Yes. Well. It appears to be a curse for a cheating lover. The design is to create an ever-increasing obsessive need for the person who—”
“I’m well aware of what it does,” Crowley interrupted. Aziraphale glanced up from the book and took in Crowley’s stance, the apparent lax posture belied by the way he was clutching the edge of the countertop with white knuckles. Aziraphale swallowed.
“Is it…” Aziraphale faltered, then tried again. “Is it…” painful is how he told himself he wanted to finish the question. There was no other possible word to end that question that Aziraphale wanted to know.
“Don’t play dumb, angel. It doesn’t suit you.” Crowley’s voice was low, an edge of something to it that Aziraphale hadn’t heard since the Tadfield airbase, the moment Crowley was ready to give up and accept the apocalypse. He met Aziraphale’s eyes. “You know who I want.”

“Angel, bloody hell. Hi. You doing okay? Do you have any idea what’s going on?”
It was quiet for a few seconds.
“I’m sorry,” Aziraphale said then, still polite, but a bit perplexed. “Who is this?”*
Crowley, upon finding that Aziraphale does not remember him, is very much Not Okay with the changes Adam made after the Apocalypse That Wasn't. He can't do anything but try and make the best out of it, though.

Summary
Aziraphale has been taking some time to himself. He'd signed up to man a lighthouse on the coast; chunky knits, sea breeze, screaming gulls, and all the quiet time to read books you could ask for. But it doesn't take Crowley long to get bored, to show up with a bottle of wine and a sense of determination to change what they've been for millennia.
Only something is very wrong at the lighthouse, and the angel is going to need Crowley to risk everything to save him one more time.

Post-season 2, post-second coming. Hurt/comfort, love confessions, first times, a journey to hell; Aziraphale rescues Crowley for once.
It wasn’t until late that evening that Aziraphale found the note left for him in the backroom, scrawled in a spiky script that he recognized at once.
Come find me, said the note, and then followed a sigil that burned fire-bright and hot when Aziraphale pressed his thumb to it. It was Crowley’s true name in the original alphabet from which all other alphabets descended. Aziraphale had never seen it before, but he recognized it at once.

Summary
“Demons,” he said quietly, “aren’t s’posed to love anything. You know that s’well as I do, Aziraphale.”
Crowley closed his eyes, bringing a hand up to rub at his temple, where the small sigil of a serpent lay coiled. He drew in a long breath, shuddering and filled with grief.
“But I always knew that that was wrong, because of you.”
In the bookshop at the end of the universe, Aziraphale and Crowley have some things to say to each other - and Someone else has some things to say to them, too. (Or: an ambiguous-ending AU to Good Omens 3).

Summary
"On a second glance, Aziraphale didn't look all that different--his clothes were frayed at the edges, his shoes scuffed, his bowtie missing--and hang on, was he bleeding?
Crowley wasn't sure how he'd missed the thin trail of blood running down the side of his very-drenched head, but it was all too noticeable now.
He found his voice again. "What are you doing here?"
"Right," Aziraphale said. "Um..." His eyes went unfocused, and he wobbled. Crowley found himself, despite his utter shock at the situation, beginning to worry.
"Aziraphale, what happened to you?"
"What do you mean?"
"You're bleeding."
"I'm what?" Aziraphale reached up and touched the side of his head, eyes widening in surprise at the blood that smeared his fingertips. "Oh. So I am."
"What are you--?"
"Listen," Aziraphale said, "I'm terribly sorry to do this, because I know we aren't talking, but there's something I need to ask of you."
Crowley nodded slowly, his worry growing the more unfocused the angel's eyes became. "And what's that?"
"I'm afraid I need your help," Aziraphale said matter-of-factly, and toppled forward without another word."Completed Fic -- Updating Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays!

Summary
Asa’s last conscious thought, before he was lulled to sleep by the cool softness of the night and the rustle of the trees and the clammy weight of his husband’s hand in his own, was again of his wish on the star: let me know him, in every way there is, and let me keep him, please.
Squinting at the morning light, he clutched at his head, at the buzz in his ears and the ache in the bridge of his nose. It felt like something was growing, or rather, settling into his mind. And all at once, it fell into place.
It came like a montage, like an old photo album of a life that was slowly coming back to him, piece by piece. He remembers.
“Crowley!” The cry was torn out of him, desperate and guttural in a way he hadn’t ever heard his voice. At least, not in this lifetime.
Or: Asa Fell makes a wish on a shooting star. The next morning, he finds that it comes true.

Summary
“Perhaps we should think about retiring together, somewhere by the sea,” said Aziraphale, as if this was an ordinary proposal, not a change in the fundamental structure of the universe.
Crowley glowered and shrugged one thin shoulder. “S’pose it makes sense,” he said at last. “No sense keeping up headquarters if we’re retired.”
He slouched out of the bookshop, and only broke into a run a few steps from the Bentley.

Summary
Crowley wasn’t sulking. Demons didn’t sulk. He was brooding. No, wait, not brooding, that was what fluffy hens did, wasn’t it? He was—he was deep in demonic gloomy thoughts, and looking really cool while he did it, incidentally.
No thank you, Crowley, I have a lot to be getting on with. What kind of answer was that to an invitation to ditch the bookshop for Crowley’s flat, where the wine selection was better? Just because he’d been elaborately casual and Aziraphale had no idea he’d got in stock a particularly acceptable vintage of Romanée-Conti, just so Aziraphale could pretend to be shocked at drinking a couple of thousand pounds in a glass. Just because he had failed to mention that he’d raided the best patisseries in London for the occasion. Aziraphale had no business being busy when Crowley was bored and lonely.
****
Crowley plans a really romantic first sort-of-date for Aziraphale. What could possibly go wrong? Featuring: immortal peril, BAMF (but very polite) Aziraphale, first kiss, lots of kisses, lots and lots of kisses, really bad home decorating, first time, even more kisses, a marriage proposal, absolutely no mention of Season 2, and a happy ending.
