From the moment Chan met Wonwoo, he was infected by parasites. The parasites ate away at him until all that was left was an empty husk of something that resembled a person, and the remnants of a need for Wonwoo.

then wonwoo appears, soft-spoken and sharp-eyed, offering cream puffs and conversation that feels like breathing for the first time. for a moment, chan forgets to lie. for a moment, he’s just a boy beside another boy beneath a starry sky, wanting something real.

Was it performative, was it attention-seeking, if he didn’t think he deserved any attention at all? Was it performative, if he knew the ending, but still couldn’t be sure of it?

(This is a project of interconnected, episodic stories centered on Jiwoo, Wonyoung, and Jinni, but all tagged characters has their own meaningful role. Each stories can be read independently, shifting perspectives and dynamics while gradually building a larger narrative orbiting the performance club. Currently ~60% complete!)

Summary
Seungcheol doesn't know how to let his members know he needs help. After all, he is the one who is supposed to lead them all and have everything figured out. They look to him for guidance and comfort. So, he keeps his mouth shut for years about his own suffering so his members can thrive until he can't take it anymore.
OR
Mingyu and Vernon are frozen in shock when their leader decides to suddenly walk into traffic and Wonwoo tries his best to save Seungcheol's life. The aftermath? Seventeen is forced to face their company's demands for the first time without the protection and guidance of their leader. And they don't know how to cope with that.
