Summary
"Merlin, are you…" He trails off, before continuing quietly, "Do you like it when I push you around like this?"
For a moment, Merlin can't decide whether he wants to deny it or just give in to Arthur’s inevitable mockery. But then he looks up at Arthur’s face, and there's something soft in his eyes, so he very slowly nods before he responds.
"It's, uh, certainly possible."
---
Merlin is peripherally aware of how strong and physically capable Arthur is, but being aware of it is entirely different from feeling it. 'Horseplay' starts to take on an entirely different meaning when he realises how much he likes it.- Language:

Summary
So the heart becomes bound with the roots, the lungs filled with the vines and the flowers. Thorns will maim and cut where they grasp hold. The solitary heart bears not the strength to banish the maladie. Coughing and vomiting may dislodge the barriers but only for so long as it takes for more to grow. Witches' briar consumes all in time. Thirty days from the fall of the first petal are granted unto the sufferer. Hanahaki is the curse of those with magic in their veins. No man devoid of magic’s song shall suffer this bite.
-
Merlin knows he was condemned from the moment he found the first petal on his pillow, because there is no way that Arthur Pendragon, the King of Camelot, can ever return his love.

Summary
“Is it really that hard to admit you like me?" Merlin can't help the giddy laugh that escapes his mouth. "Just say it!”
Arthur whips back around. “I can’t!” he says loudly, and his voice rings sharp as a blade through the air. The lines of his face are not the careless lines of humour Merlin had expected; his features are braided with anguish and decision, warring with one another, and the smile drops from Merlin’s face.
"Arth--"
“How can I admit that I think about you all the time? Or that I care about you more than anyone? How can I admit that I don’t know what I’ll do if any harm comes to you?” Arthur rakes a frustrated hand through his hair, watching Merlin as though he expects him to drop everything and run.

Summary
Aithusa might have been no bigger than a house cat but she was still a dragon. That meant wings, claws, and her own personal hoard, which in Aithusa’s case included soft pillows, fluffy socks, and much to Merlin’s chagrin, stolen pants. When Merlin found out that his winged ward had stolen a rather considerable pile of clothing for her hoard, he thought that it would be the end of any kind of friendship with his neighbor. But when Merlin met the victim of Aithusa’s burglary, he was pleasantly surprised to find Arthur, a man who had never in his life seen a dragon let alone a burglarizing one, and Cavall, a curious German Shepherd puppy who was quick to befriend the little white dragon. From there, it was only the beginning.
