Summary
Eira, Tarnished of no renown, burns the Erdtree and declares her intent to unseal the primordial Crucible. She seeks the aid of Kindly Miquella, believing him to be the best hope for the forsaken. Summary
ACT I - The Night of Black Knives does not go as planned. Godwyn survives, though wounded near to death. A conspiracy between Ranni and Marika begins to unravel. The Confessors' Hold and the Dragon Cult vie for control. Miquella attempts to stabilize Leyndell while Rykard besieges the city.
ACT II - Ranni races back to Leyndell while Radahn turns aside to break the siege of Raya Lucaria. As the siege of Leyndell drags on and a sinister cult takes hold amidst the forces of Mt. Gelmir, Rykard slips closer to despair. Now the self-declared king of Leyndell, Miquella struggles to wrest public support away from Marika and her false prince. Beset by memories not his own, Godwyn seeks out the true nature of the entity with which he has become entangled.
