That is a lot of words, and Grace is pointedly half-asleep. They trickle over him in lazy streams of thought as he sips his coffee, through his early, “it-is-maybe-morning” fog…
—And then he nearly chokes on his coffee, cheeks flushed bright, bright red.
“Are you calling me your pet?”

They’d come a very long way just for Grace to give up and die at the last hurdle, both physically and emotionally. The Tau Ceti system was a long, long way away now, and Grace had faced not one but two highly emotional suicide missions. Three, if you counted the time before he was given a military grade roofie and hucked into space without his memories.
Rocky and Grace make it back to Erid! Huzzah!

The sarcophagus was gone when they returned to Grünewald. The charred corpse of Herr Knock laid exposed and discarded in its place. The three of them made quick work of giving last rites and burying the remains which crumbled to ash when tossed into its dark pit within the earth.
No sign of Orlok or Ellen was found.
Thomas is still uncertain if it is despair or relief he's felt since the discovery. His mind is a whirlwind, his emotions a roaring ocean. What Thomas does know is this: that Orlok lives and so, too, must Ellen — in some way, some manner — and depending on that manner, Professor Franz and Dr. Sievers would murder her the same as the count.
A sort of madness sinks its teeth into him as he faces this understanding; Thomas is aware, distantly, that his thoughts turn ever more monstrous.

Nathan eventually comes into possession of the Undervale and hears rumors of a demon thought to be on the property, and against his better judgment, decides he needs to face the dreaded beast head-on. The last thing he expected to find was a tiny and broken Abaddon.

Nathan accidentally becomes the owner of the Undervale through a card game not long after he escapes his twelfth cult and feels trapped, miserable, lonely and unsure what to do with his life or how to really face his family. He was warned about the demon who lived on the property but can't stop himself from wanting to get closer to the boy.

Nathan is depressed and sees a child shaped demon in the woods and decides 'this demon will be my son:)'
Also we get to see some of Nathan's lore in his cults and part of why he's struggled so much with his mental health and finally found his place at the Undervale----------------------------------------------------------------------
This can be read completely independently of everything else in the series. This is based on something I mentioned in a previous fic and several people really wanted expanded on. Even though it can be read independently there is more context for what Abaddon went through in the fic 'Things Can Always Get Worse'.Series

She hummed, thinking for a moment. “How old is he?” Which wasn’t an answer, but.
Nathan winced. “Uh, nine.”
“Thats a long time to keep a kid a secret.”

He almost doesn't notice the hole in the ground, lost in his thoughts as he is. It's deep, and looks out of place in the forest. More importantly, there's a child in the hole. A very small child, from the looks of it. The child themself looks gaunt and deathly pale, the strange clothes practically hanging off their stick-thin frame.
Nathan crouches down, concern etching itself onto his features. He's barely in the right head-space to look after himself at the moment, let alone anything else, but he can't just leave the poor kid there.
"You ok there, kid? I'm Nathan."OR
Abaddon is not a demon, but a human child raised in a cult, until he's abandoned and found by Nathan. Father-son bonding and healing ensues. Come get it while it's hot!
