Summary
Klavier is at home, alone and bored out of his mind, while he waits for Apollo to wrap up his trial against Prosecutor Simon Blackquill. Thankfully, he doesn't have to wait long and quickly makes his way to join the Wright Anything Agency post-case celebrations with the sole intention of gathering Apollo into his arms and dragging him home, and into bed, as quickly as possible.
But then he catches Simon staring at his boyfriend's ass and gets the most wonderful, wicked idea. Apollo is more than happy to indulge him. And so, it seems, is Simon.

Over the phone, no less.

'Klavier was sat in the gallery of Courtroom No. 6, his heart pounding so loud in his chest that he was certain Apollo could here it all the way down on the courtroom floor. This was a trial for the ages, surely. Phoenix Wright, Turnabout Terror and veteran defense attorney, up against his own junior partner. It was an odd mixture of thrilling and heartbreaking to watch them battle like this.'

First, his so-called 'father' had turned up out of the blue at the office. No contact for over ten years, then suddenly he was all smiles and hugs and calling him his son, as if nothing had happened... He'd been dragged all the way into the mountains, nearly fallen to his death not once but twice... And now, to top the whole sordid affair off, tomorrow he was going to have to face Mr. Wright- The Turnabout Terror himself- in court.
Apollo was not in a good mood, to say the least.'
It's the night before the civil trial and Apollo is a bit of a mess. Luckily, Klavier is always there to put him back together again.

"In here!" Phoenix heard a reply, coming from the direction of Trucy's bedroom. He raised an eyebrow, surprised. Surely she wasn't in bed already? It wasn't that late.
He followed the sound of her voice and opened the door to her room. At first, he couldn't even see her. Only a mass of cushions and blankets piled in the middle of the room. Then, he saw his daughter's face appear from the edge of the pile, grinning up at him.'

"I don't think that could be further from the truth, sir. I admit that I hadn't put much thought to it in the past, but standing here now... I believe this 'desire' you talk about might be the most holy thing there is," Fulbright swallowed hard as he stepped around Simon's side until they were face to face. Their eyes locked, both searching and both wanting. Black on white, grey on amber... justice in chains, both visible and invisible.'
Simon was going to die in less than a month. It was an inescapable fact and he knew it. So surely he was allowed to lose himself just this once? Surely that was justice in its purest form?

Glancing in the direction of the noise-then-silence, Miles caught sight of one of the doors sitting slightly ajar. He looked up at the door number to check whose office it was- 505.
