The indomitable June Osbourne doesn't smell like gunfire and smoke and a battle hard worn. She looks a little tired. She smells like generic shampoo. You would not notice her in the street, on the bus, standing in your home.
This could mean that she arrives with the night, that she is the tension brewing under the smooth surface, that she passes switchblades from hand to hand while she bows her head in prayer. June Osbourne could be a spy, a soldier, a heretic with a sense of justice and bloodied hands.
Mostly, it means that you could ask Daisy about the regulars in her parents' shop, and this woman would not make the slightest appearance.
Or: June is still going. This means a lot of things. It means she is away from her daughter, an outcome no matter the choice.

Summary
After stumbling and falling in the game against the Centaurs, Shane is accused by his teammates and the Montreal Metros management team of throwing the game to Ilya as a result of their relationship being exposed after the FanMail incident.
Shane is forced to give a post-game interview in the midst of a dissociative episode.
Until an incriminating question from a reporter causes the rubber band inside him to snap, and Shane says all the things he shouldn't say.
