After all they've been through, it's strange that something so important could be so simple, but for Miles and Phoenix, falling in love, at least, doesn't have to be the end of the world.
Some stress relief fluff that I wrote purely to cheer myself up - there is literally negative plot but there is a lot of lawyers falling into the bright and bitter kind of love that can only come from a lifetime of belligerent teamwork.
(The anxiety tag just refers to Edgeworth's reaction to earthquakes and mentions of a psychologist, btw)

Art Supplies, navigates moving into a new apartment with his daughter (to say nothing of the horde of other kids he's accidentally become a father figure to), a soulless new art store seeking to ruin his career, and a new neighbor that doesn't get home until 3 a.m. each night.
Miles Edgeworth, owner of the KRMA radio station, navigates trying to keep the staggering amount of kids on his payroll out of trouble, attempting to breathe life into the dying medium that is radio, and a new neighbor who he's only ever seen at 3 a.m. each night.
Their friends hope that those two lovestruck idiots figure themselves out. -

Summary
What starts as pillow talk between Franziska and Maya turns into an argument when Phoenix and Miles's relationship is brought up.
Maya is convinced that Edgeworth is too emotionally constipated to realise Phoenix has feelings for him. Meanwhile, Franziska believes it to be Phoenix's lack of reciprocation and understanding of complex emotions preventing a relationship.
Determined to prove the other wrong, Franziska and Maya drag Phoenix and Miles on outings they believe will confirm their respective opinions. The chaos that ensues provides evidence neither had taken into account.
