The thought of Jason coming back from the dead just to go on Master Chef is absolutely hilarious. Like "Yea, I was dead but look at this!" and throws jazz hands towards a dish he made.

Jason is the brother who will tell the people at the front of a restaurant that this is in fact, his twelve (or thirteen) year old brother and needs a kids meal. He's also either the "He asked for no pickles" dude or the guy someone else says that for depending on the person he's with.
Tim and Jason say that they'll be unavailable for about ten weeks and disappear off the face of the earth only to reappear afterwards. The new season of Master Chef comes out a few months later and the family is shook that Jason won. Jason makes the best risotto ever seen on the show, and he has the smuggest grin when he's walking back to his station. Jason's dish is getting judged. It's great, and he's told as much. From the balcony of people above the studio, Tim starts yelling like "I told your zombie ass you could do it! Didn't I tell you? You're doing great!" And the judges look in Tim's direction, and Jason just goes "That's my emotional support sibling...I couldn't get rid of him even if I tried to." One contestant tries to trash-talk Jason, snarking something like "What's the white streak for? Trying to be a special little emo?" And Jason, absolutely deadpan, just "It actually turned white from the stress of being kidnapped and tortured for multiple years :)" and that shuts the others up real quick XD Jason refusing to let the makeup department choose what clothes he wears on set or do any make-up on him. So, in a few episodes, he's just cooking in a leather jacket and sweatpants. Tim paid him to wear flip-flops once. Him making death/torture/kidnapping jokes near constantly. Tim was correct. The memes are amazing XDDD
Tim "I silently beg for scraps of affection on the regular" Drake suddenly getting showered in good things by a single person. He's a happy bean at the moment, and Jason may or may not be ready to sob.
Considering Tim's reason was pretty much "I don't want to rock the boat or have them get mad at you", Jason's probably gonna blast them anyway...I'm thinking about writing a Jason pov for what happens after Tim fell asleep. It'd be interesting since Jason's take on things would be very different from Tim's, and he's not too afraid of irritating the others anyway.
If it makes you feel any better, I also don't have any lasagna on hand :( XD
Omg pls i love this. A Jasons POV of Jason just going after the whole batfam for daring to forget about HIS little brother would be amazing and would give the whole family a horrifying wake-up call to how theyve been treating Tim.
Also, the end was so heartbreaking with Tim checking his messages over and over again and resigning himself to being forgotten again. But Jasons reaction was like, surely not, surely they wouldn’t have forgotten something important as his own birthday. Surely I, the one who has tried to kill him multiple times, am not the only one to have even acknowledged his existence today.

Fun fact: The tension in Jason's shoulders that Tim noticed but didn't notice stemmed from the fact that Tim hadn't gotten any messages, and Jason was Concerned about that. He got angrier every time Tim checked his phone to find it absolutely empty (from everyone, mind you. not just the batfam this time).
Tim checking his messages with increasingly unhidden desperation before just giving up is such a gut punch, and Jason's left watching it and seeing the family chat move on without either of them. Jay's so mad, he doesn't know whether to punch a wall, scream, or sob in a corner...but he's got a little bird sleeping on him. So, he can't do any of those things.
He does ;-; Better is on the way though! Jason will make sure of that.

I can definitely see Jason standing behind the counter menacing, pointing at a friend or family members, going "He asked for no pickles." But also someone else pointing to Jason, this behemoth of a man, sitting quietly in a booth and saying the same thing about him :D

Also, now I'm just thinking of Tim and Roy (who I don't think know each other much?) meeting and getting along like a house on fire. Just...the Outlaws stealing Tim, and Jason couldn't be happier about this development....maybe that'll be another installment..hmmm...

There would absolutely be fan edits and youtube compilations of "Jason Todd-Wayne's best Master Chef moments". The only reason Tim doesn't get kicked off the show is because he keeps paying them to let him stay. Not an episode goes by without him making some sort of unhinged comment. Everyone chalks it up to Gothamites being completely bonkers and Not Normal. Memes of Tim and Jason start circulating like wildfire. That's how Bruce finds out about Master Chef. He sees a meme of Jason calmly cooking a salmon fillet with a concentrated look on his face while a slightly-blurry Tim is perching on the balcony railing and screeching in the background, captioned "The intrusive thoughts when I'm trying to work"
They'll get to the talking part of it at some point, but they're just taking baby steps with action first. They're so sweet but like...they're both kinda forgotten and semi-depressed when left alone and drown their emotions in work so like....They need this :')

Yeeees Tim getting adopted by the outlaws, that would be so cool. I've seen fics that talk about Tim and Roy both being into building gadgets and I think that would be so cool for them to bond over. Also their love of Jason.
Your meme idea about Tim being Jason's intrusive thoughts was so funny that I had to pause reading your reply, laugh for like a minute, go find my fiance and read the whole plot about tim and jason going on master chef from multiple comments, and only after that I was able to come back to finish the comment. 10/10
Tim + Roy making gadgets together = Jason will never know peace again. Jason and Roy playing tug-of-war with Tim to see who gets him for the week. Roy coming into Gotham significantly more often to take his "Kind of nephew" on "bonding trips" (aka, vacations where Roy actually has an excuse to make Jason and Tim sit on their butts and take a break). Roy just generally being the fun uncle/best bro in their goofy little explosion-happy family. Tim coming up with new arrow ideas that are so unhinged and chaotic that Roy has to implement them (What do you mean putting taipan venom in an arrow isn't a good threat option?) XD Roy being mildly concerned that Tim might turn Lian into a baby supervillain. She wants to fight with a bo staff now. Lian calling Tim "Uncle Timmy" for the first time, and Jason has to hold Tim for a solid half hour as he cries because "Yeah that happened to me too, Timmers. Big shock amiright?" All I'm doing is literally just making more installment ideas for myself iowihlowihow XD

From what I've seen (which isn't much but it's what I've got xD), author's corners are like...made the same way fics are, but they're made specifically for the author to talk about stuff, like ideas for new fics, polling fic ideas, writing little drabbles that wouldn't be enough for a fic, take questions from readers, that kind of stuff. The comment amount wouldn't be a problem. Plus, it could probably be really useful for me in the case of "I have so many ideas I want to write. I'll throw them up here and see what people think" xD I'd probably link it to all of my fics and make it a thing only registered users could see. But, I think that's the gist of them. :D
xD I've never been on tumblr, let alone when this format was the norm, but I'm glad it's amusing. It's always something to see the comment box size dwindle to nothing xD
