  1. Beautiful! I love it so much! I've often mourned that the Star Trek fandom doesn't have this type of fic as much as the Sherlock fandom does. So, I was incredibly pleased to see this story show up and then to have it so well written! I know that I'm using a lot of exclamation points. But I'm so happy. If you ever wrote a sequel, I'd be beyond delighted.

    (and it's TOS-inspired! *twirls*)

    1. Thank you for commenting! Not that Sherlock fics aren't great (and addicting) but I get what you mean - and most recent fics are XI based, I know! I think TOS just has such better characterization.
Not sure about a sequel, but the idea is still running around my head so some shorts miiight be made eventually. Maybe. No promises!
      Glad you enjoyed it. :)

      2. Just think about spock's parents visiting and suddenly there is this daemon sitting on their son's shoulder .
I don't think " oh his soulmate must hab given him one" is the normal assumption to make.
More like " HOW FUCKING CLOSE ARE YOU TO YOUR MATE?" or " HOW DID YOU MANAGE TO MAKE IT STAY WITH YOU ? WHAT DID YOU DO TO THE POOR THING?!!"
And just imagine the honey badger suddenly just comming into the room and cuddling up to spock.
