A Maiden Iskeia’d to Another World

It had been a few months since a young woman named Natsuki Subaru had been transported to another world.
From her experience this could only mean one thing….
SHE WAS STUCK IN A OTOME ROMANCE ADVENTURE!!!

She began her journey by being rescued by an impossibly kind, dashing, noble, Knight! Naturally for an introverted NEET girl it was love at first sight! However this world wasnt at happy-go-lucky as it seemed.

YET! Through trial and tribulations, through death and restart Subaru persevered! All in order to get her “100% romance route!” and her mystical “first love”.

And now the stage was set, with the mini bosses “White Whale”, and “Authority of Sloth” defeated with great help of Subaru’s planning, she finally had some more alone time with Reinhard! A man who she had grown increasingly close to over these past months, a man who she realized wasn't so perfect in the slightest, a man who was very much similar to herself. Yet her feelings for him never changed, in fact they only grew stronger!

Today is a special day in particular, while it isn't their first outing, not in the slightest! In fact they had begun to spend increasingly more time together, and much to the surprise of their closest friends they had begun to skim the surface of more romantic activities…. Whether it be strolls through the city, going out for meals, or simply being in each other's company they seemed happy as can be! Naysayers be damned!

It was a warm, and gleeful day of celebration. With the minibosses defeated, and no problems on the horizon it seemed time to celebrate. And celebrate the capitol did! With fireworks and food carts of every kind. With bands and performers covering each and every street it was truly a joyous time.

But our setting takes place a bit further away from the revelry of the celebration. We take ourselves to the vast Flower Field near the Capital. Let me set the stage for you…
The air is crisp, and warm…with the delicious scents of confections, and sweets wafting by with every passing breeze mixing with the flowery aroma of the golden yellow flowers. The sun slowly sets as its shimmering rays begin to dull into a melding orange so gracefully dancing into the horizon. And there our heroine stands, having invited Reinhard away to tell him something truly important!

Reinhard…there's something I need to say to you! So please just ah um let me finish fully ok!”
Stopping for a moment to compose herself, Subaru took a slight step forward struggling to fully catch her breath. Taking a shy peak up at Reinhard.
Looking at his innocent, and slightly perplexed expression turn into a smile when they made eye contact. With the sun now bouncing like golden halo’s off his hair, gave her the last push that she needed. Summoning all her courage she gently grabbed Reinhard by the collar of his jacket and began to spew out…
“Your hair shimmers in the grand radiance of t-th the sun!, and um your eyes they um are…so blue um *mumble* and ah haha um… your very handsome…*mumble* and I, n-no your a t-timeless beauty um a y-yknow a true w-work of art! Like a sculture or er… a painting perfection…. With er.. Your um handsomness…and beautiful um s-smile…”

Refusing to open her eyes she HAD to continue. It COULDNT end like this! Feeling her stomach clench up, and her eyes begin to water she couldn't possibly show her face.
She had to say something, ANYTHING! To make it so she didnt have to jump off the balcony in shame to try again! This was her one true chance at snagging her perfect Otome knight darling and she wouldn't waste it!

So instead this time she spoke from the heart, and poured out every last bit of her feelings and what she liked about him most in the time they’d known each other

“Um hehe, forget I said that… what I really meant to say was …Thank you for always being there for me, even when I was a-at my lowest you stuck by me. From a stranger saving me just by coincidence on the street to one so near and dear to my heart. The one who toured me through the capital, the one who confided in me, yet also comforted me in my own troubles, the one who did everything he could to make me feel at home in this new faraway land. I hope one day I can return all the kindness you gave to me… mumble* because you really are the most special person t-to me…and I hope one day we can um date… or ehm c-court or w-WHATEVER ITS CALLED HERE!”

Hearing a slight chuckle she dared to peek through her fingers to get a glimpse. Expecting his face to be contorted in disgust she instead saw a warm smile spread across his face.
“Ehhh? W-wha-”
Reinhard closed the last bit of distance between them with the dopey smile still spread across his face.
“Subaru for me to be compared to something as wonderful as art, especially if it's your art that I saw you draw of me, then I truly couldn't be happier from your words. From the bottom of my heart I will cherish them forever. You are the only one who loves, and cherishes me for who I am instead of what I am. You are the only one who offers me their assistance, and affection with expecting nothing in return. I hope one day I can show you what your kindness has done for me these last few months, there isn't a moment that goes by where I can imagine a future without you. You are truly my one and only…”
Pausing for a moment he took on a rare cheeky expression as his eyes lit up, and blush deepened…
“I believe the word you used was “Husbando” on your drawing… the one with us hugging, and kissing with all the hearts next to it!, while I'm not sure what specifically that word of affection means… I could only assume true feelings, or deep passion and I wanted to fully express that I feel the same way regarding you!”

A mix of embarrassment, and pure joy uplifted the girl. As she too started giggling, softly burying herself into his warm encompassing embrace. Quietly saying to herself.
“Hehe dashing loving knight route 100%! Special Event Complete!”

Only for herself congratulations to be interrupted by the knight softly raising her chin, softly pressing his lips against her… Sharing their first kiss together, and their first action as a true couple.
Feeling her heart fill up she let out a giggle after they separated.
“Hehe I guess that was the additional reward feature!”
