Chapter Text

Eijirou bounced her foot as she sat on the edge of her bed, waiting. Her eyes flicked over to the clock again, and she sighed. 2:07… where is she?

She knew she was coming. She had been every week for the past five months, every Monday morning. To fuck.

It was a ridiculous concept, honestly. To Eijirou, at least. She understood friends with benefits wasn’t all that unusual, but sneaking out once a week to someone’s house who you’ve barely known for six months just to get your pussy wet? All because you’re hiding from your homophobic mother? That was pushing it.

Eijirou yawned and glanced at her plush pillows beside her, longing for them. Maybe she should just forget about this, and sleep until Katsuki gets here. It’s happened before, Katsuki waking her up mouthing at her underwear. The thought almost sends a shiver through her body, before she’s shaking her head. No, she needs to sort things out with her before she loses half a mind getting off.

A series of small taps sounded at the window, and Eijirou looked up, slipping out of bed to go undo the latches on her window, lifting it as she eyed Katsuki on the other side.

Katsuki stared back at her with all the confidence of someone who was currently balancing precariously on the thick trunk of a tree. Which, okay, shouldn’t be all that confident but Eijriou’s only seen it when Katsuki does it. And she has a lot of confidence.

Eijirou shivered as a cold breeze entered the room, washing over her bare legs as she stood in nothing but a hoodie and some shorts.

“Katsuki,” she regarded her, crossing her arms.

Katsuki nodded one, “Eijirou.” she thrummed her fingers on the windowsill, “Are you gonna let me in?”

Eijirou sighed, “Kat, listen, I-”

“Pretty cold out here.” Katsuki interrupted.

Eijirou shook her head and relented, “Come in,”

Eijirou stepped back and watched as Katsuki slinked through the window, like some creepy alleyway cat, closing the window behind her and dusting her hands off on her pants.

Eijirou eyed her, “You’re like a cat.”

Katsuki glanced up, “Why?” she muttered, not actually sounding all that interested in the explanation.

“Because cats are weird and quiet and like to wake me up at 2 am.”

“You fuck cats too? Damn, freaky.”

Eijirou’s face burned red, “Dude! Don’t even joke about that.”

Katsuki rolled her eyes, “Then don’t compare me to a cat.”

Katsuki stepped forward, then, having had enough of standing around talking, and placed her hands on Eijirou’s hips, leaning in for a kiss.

Eijirou winced and pulled back, “Katsuki, I need to talk to you.”

Katsuki looked unamused, “Why?”

Eijirou huffed, annoyed at her reluctance to stop, “Does it matter?”

“Ei, I don’t exactly have a ton of time.”

Eijirou scowled at her, “Stop treating me like I’m just a mouth to you.”

Katsuki stalled for a moment, processing her words and blinked, “What?”

Eijirou took a step back, finally, out of Katsuki’s hold, “I don’t want to just be your fuck buddy. It doesn’t make me feel good.” Eijirou felt the tips of her ears burn. That was technically not true. Fucking around with Katsuki feels really fucking good. But being left alone after doesn’t. It makes her feel like shit. “I never signed up to be your quick relief whenever you want.”

Katsuki regarded her for a moment, “You want more?”

“How did you reach that conclusion from everything I just said?”

“You said you don’t just want to be my fuck buddy.”

Eijirou rolled her eyes, “This conversation is making me lose brain cells.”

“You didn’t answer the question.”

“Do you always think with your pussy?” Eijirou shot.

“It’s not my fault we had something perfectly fine going on until you sprang this.” Katsuki replied, crossing her arms.

Eijirou furrowed her brows, averting her eyes until they were trained on the ground, “Well excuse me for thinking you felt the same as I do. Sorry I actually want something a little more romantic out of this for myself. I thought-” Eijirou sighed, “I thought maybe you felt the same.”

Katsuki was quiet for a moment, then sighed and took a seat on the floor, resting her arms on her bent knees as she leaned her head back against the wall, “What part of my mom’s a homophobic piece of shit do you not understand.” she muttered, picking at the carpet.

Eijirou bristled, but pushed forward, “What does that have to do with it?”

Katsuki lifted her gaze to her, “Don’t be dense. If we start going public my mom’s gonna find out.”

Eijirou watched as Katsuki frowned and turned her gaze back to the ground, then sighed and walked to sit next to her. The two sat in silence for a while before Katsuki lolled her head to the side. Eijirou didn’t move as Katsuki leaned forward an inch to lightly press kisses to her jaw.

“You look like a Christmas tree,” she mumbled against her.

Eijirou stilled, “What?”

Katsuki sat up a bit, moving languidly as she straddled Eijirou’s hips, curling her arms around her shoulders, “The red hair. The obnoxious green sweatshirt.”

Eijirou let her hands settle on Katsuki’s hips as she glanced down at herself, taking in the forest green hoodie she was practically drowning in, the bottom coming down to her upper thighs and the sleeves so long it covered most of her hands. Eijirou looked back at Katsuki, resting her head against the wall, “It’s comfortable. Maybe I wouldn’t look like a Christmas tree if you didn’t only see me in my pyjamas.”

Katsuki rolled her eyes and leaned down to kiss along her neck softly.

“During the summer I only wear the skimpiest tank tops. Quite the sight.”

Katsuki chuckled against her, “Mhm, I’m sure it is.”

“Yep.” Eijirou paused, “I also might have to buy new swimsuits this year, mine are all really tiny.”

“You’re so full of shit.”

Eijirou ignored her, “I could try them on for you, and you could tell me what you think.”

Katsuki bit down on her neck lightly and ran her tongue over the spot, “I don’t know what you’re trying to achieve here, I’ve seen you naked before.”

“But you haven’t seen me in a swimsuit. Maybe take me out to the beach.”

Katsuki leaned back, sitting her weight fully on Eijirou’s thighs as she regarded her, hands still perched upon her shoulders, “Why are you so insistent on this? We’re practically already dating if it’s the labels that upset you.”

Eijirou scoffed, “If we’re already dating then you’re the worst girlfriend I’ve ever had.”

Katsuki narrowed her eyes, “I figured, seeing as I would also be your first.”

Eijirou disregarded that, shaking her head, “I only see you once a week, and you always leave as soon as you get off. How do you think that makes me feel?”

Katsuki had a slight frown pulling at her lips, as she sat in Eijirou’s lap, quiet. “It’s not a good idea for me to leave after 3 am. I could fall asleep by accident if I stay.”

“Okay, um, random thought, just tell your mom you’re sleeping at a friend’s house.” Eijirou paused, frowning, “Or we could, y’know, not fuck every time we see each other.”

“I don’t have friends. And fine. Whatever.”

Eijirou slumped a bit, pouting, “I’m your friend. Jerk.”

Katsuki lifted her hand and thumbed at Eijirou’s lip, pulling it down slightly as she watched, “Eijirou... girlfriend, friend, best friend. I don’t care.”

Eijirou rolled her eyes, huffing, “I’m your best friend cause I’m your only friend, right?”

Katsuki groaned, “Oh my god you are never happy.” she said as she leaned back until she was falling off of Eijirou’s thighs, thumping dramatically back onto the floor.

Eijirou kicked her lightly in the side with her toes, “It’s really not that hard. Just ask me out on a date.”

"Don't touch me with your gross feet," Katsuki muttered, before situating herself up onto her elbows, thinking. She smirked, then, and Eijirou looked at her uneasily.

Katsuki moved to sit up onto her knees and began crawling over to Eijirou slowly. Eijirou watched as she got closer, sucking in a breath as Katsuki got near enough to lightly drag her parted lips against Eijirou’s, taking her bottom lip into her mouth between her teeth lightly. “Eijirou, will you formally agree to be my girlfriend, under the condition that you are understanding of the fact that my mother sucks ass, therefore agreeing to only be seen as friends in public.”

Eijirou watched her through lidded eyes, “But we can go on dates? As secret lovers?” she whispered, snickering at how absurd that sounded.

Katsuki nodded, softly, and Eijirou smiled and finally pressed forward to capture her lips, soft lips working against each other slowly.

Eijirou shivered as Katsuki licked into her mouth and parted, breathing heavily, “Um, I know I said that we should do less fucking, but… I don’t mind right now.”

Katsuki laughed, “You’re ridiculous.” before helping her out of her hoodie.
