Dimitri and Dedue have each seen their fair share of trauma, and in the five years since Dedue took Dimitri’s place on the execution block, the scars have only deepened. Perhaps the best Dimidue fic ever. More canon than actual canon. This is what Dimidue is to me. The fic that actually inspired me to write again after so much years. Everyone should read this.
