    "I read about them," Buggy said without looking at him, he was completely absorbed by the artifact. "You press your palm against it and think in a date, for example thirty years from now. The portal will transport you to this exact same day and hour but years ahead"
    Shanks felt suddenly nervous. "But- can't we do it together?"
    Buggy turned to look at him. "Why would you want to see my future?" 
    Because with a bit of luck I'll be there, by your side.
    "You want to mock me, right?" Buggy's voice had gone cold. 
    "No!" Shanks rushed out, "It never crossed my mind, Bugs. I just- well, we're best friends and perhaps we-"
    Buggy rolled his eyes. "You go first."

    Or in which 12 year old Buggy gets a peek of his future and to his disgrace he finds himself below Shanks... just not as he'd imagined.
