Summary
In the last twelve or so weeks of knowing him, Jason had come to realise a few things about Prime.
One: Superboy Prime was a talker.
“—I don’t get why they haven’t just gotten them married yet.” He waves his hand to the side, eyes squinted. A fleck of tomato sauce hits Jason’s cheek. His eyebrow twitches. “And who gives a crap about Paul? No one does, Jason. No one.”
Two: Superboy Prime acted eerily familiar with him— he had been since their first meet.
“I’m kinda behind, though, being here and all. So maybe they got rid of the guy by now. What’d you think, Jason?”
Jason rolled his head, deliberately reaching towards Prime’s Zesti Cola. Their hands brush. Prime flinches. It’s more of a twitch, really. Minute. Anyone less trained than Jason would’ve missed it.
Jason glanced up at him through his eyelashes. No one, however, could miss how red his pointed ears got.
And last, but not least: Superboy Prime was severely touch starved.

“Oh come on, you’re going to want to help me. I promise.” He doesn’t let Kyle get a word in, doesn’t allow for even the chance of rejection. “I’m on duty at the tower right? Real exhilarating stuff you see, it’s just I forgot something pretty important back earthside. I was wondering if you could grab it for me.” Roy must be insane. Why the hell would he leave New York just to fly to Star City, then to the watchtower on a whim? Clearly, if it was so important, Roy wouldn’t have forgotten it. He’s not about to go on a fool's errand!
“Ask someone else.” He scoffs, has every intention to hang up and forget about the whole interaction when Roy’s hurriedly speaking again. “It’s at Jason’s.”
Good god.
Hook, line, sinker.His throat is so, so dry. “I’m going to need the address.”
