The way her eyes softened when she was happy, quiet but unmistakable. The way she stilled when something caught her interest, as if the rest of the world had politely stepped aside for her.

    And so… she could tell.

    Coco was sad.

    So there was only one thing to do—to cheer her up, in her own way.

    Though if you asked Agott, she would insist she wasn’t doing it for Coco.
