Akechi frowns again. Despite his words all but conveying a ‘goodbye’, he hadn’t moved. “Calling you what?”
“‘Amamiya’,” Akira says, trying and failing not to shake. “‘Ren’.”
“Your name?” He raises an eyebrow, taking on an almost bewildered tone. “You’re asking me why I’m calling you by your name?”

Summary
He’s not friends with Akechi. Not at all. Spending time together is a prerequisite for such a label, perhaps, but not the definition.
Akechi insists they’re rivals, like he never grew out of his sentai phase, which makes it all the more annoying when Ren has to admit that he agrees with the term.

Summary
Kotetsu can understand liking your leafy greens, even if he doesn’t quite indulge in that part of the food pyramid as much as he should (at least according to his mother – Kotetsu thinks that peas, carrots, and onions in his fried rice should count for something). Still, he wouldn’t really consider flowers a “vegetable”.
Maybe it’s because they’re called honeysuckles? Could they be sweet?
Kotetsu gets afflicted with by a NEXT ability causing him to eat flowers. A reverse hanahaki story.

Summary
No one has ever seen Light’s soul, but it haunts his dreams as a monster: eyes bloody as sunrise, feathers tasting of citrus and sharpie fumes, breath hot as summer and twice as brutal. At first, he thinks the notebook itself is his soulmate. Then he tells himself Misa can be enough.
L ruins everything. For the first time, someone sees Light’s soul, and through his eyes Light knows it must look monstrous – why else would L be hunting him over it?
