Summary
Second of Her Name AU Sirius and Remus broke up shortly before having Lily, but decided they would still be coparents. Because of this, their memories are never changed and after James and Lily's death, they continue to raise her in different homes. They rarely see each other except for once a week, when they switch custody and it's been going perfectly fine right up until the summer before Lily's first year at Hogwarts. They wouldn't change a single thing about their arrangement. Right?
This tells the story of five summers that Sirius and Remus almost get back together and one summer that they were successful.

This is a series of timelines that all relate to the same AU: What if Sirius and Remus were Lily Euphemia Potter's real parents? What if, instead of being born from Lily and James Potter, she was a surrogate baby meant to be raised by wolfstar? Each story is a different timeline of the same universe, paralells connecting them through certain points in time. Each story begins with Lily Evans Potter removing the memory of baby Lily's parentage from the minds of Sirius and Remus and then continues from there. Each time, their memories are returned for a different reason, at a different moment in time.

Summary
This series is a trilogy that are all related, but very different stories. They are similar plots, all starting and finishing differently. In each story, Lily (or Harry) are raised by Remus or Sirius alone after the events of Halloween.
Raised by the Moon (Remus' Version): Remus raises Harry with the entire rest of the origin being canon. This includes a much lighter wolfstar plot.
Raised by the Moon (Lily's Version): Remus raises Lily after retrieving the memory that he and Sirius are her fathers. This includes him visiting Sirius in Azkaban and finding a way to free him.
Raised by the Moon (Sirius' Version): Remus changed Sirius’ memory and takes his place in Azkaban. Sirius uses his blind love of Remus and his family’s power to save him.
