Summary
Crown Prince Mydeimos just wanted to destroy another warlord who thought they could muscle into Castrum Kremnos's territory. He was not expecting to find the injured and abused man trapped in the fortress, nor was he expecting to get so attached to him so quickly.
Now he has to navigate language barriers, the man's fear of him, and his own stupid feelings to try and help the man blossom past whatever happened to him.
But he also knows that once that happens, the Deliverer will leave him, and he doesn't know if he can take that either.
If only he had just sent Krateros to lead the attack.

Summary
When Khaslana had decided to desert the Antimatter Legion and take the young twin Stellaron bearers with him, he had mostly done it out of defiance. This isn’t his first act of rebellion against his “benefactors,” but it certainly is his most egregious one, and he doubts that he’ll be so easily forgiven if and when they manage to drag him back into their fold, as they always have done.
He only hopes he can give Caelus and Stelle a life far, far away from Destruction before that time comes.
Because over the course of their time on the run, he has grown to cherish these two innocent children, who greet a monster like him with the purest of adoration.

In an alternate universe where Amphoreus was always real, the Antimatter Legion invaded and destroyed it, and Khaslana was turned into a Lord Ravager against his will. When he's given the task to nurture Stelle and Caelus, children who bear Stellarons in them, he flees with them instead, taking them under his wing and trying to raise them to the best of his ability.

He just wanted to keep him alive, maybe teach him how to make toast, definitely not trigger an interplanetary crisis. Unfortunately, memory loss doesn’t last forever.

Phainon knows this better than anyone. He’s spent years working in the shadows as Eurypon’s right hand, keeping his past buried. The last thing he needs is Mydei appearing at his apartment while dangerous people are hunting him down.
The first time Mydei died, he hadn’t realized that was what it was. He only remembers the cold, the nothingness, and then waking in a hospital bed with his mother holding his hand and answers he never wanted to hear.

His blond hair was worn in a choppy cut beneath his shoulders, with long bangs casting a shadow over chiseled features. Beneath it sat a pair of furrowed brows, dark lashes fluttering shut, a perfectly curved nose, and pink lips set in a straight line.
Phainon could only think to himself, Oh.
Because oh, indeed.
During an evening commute like any other, Phainon glimpsed a god amongst mortals. He never had any other choice but to fall.
