Summary
Avery’s greatest asset is his stubbornness. He promised himself that he wouldn’t leave no matter what some yellow king tried, but he screwed it up.. and killed Derek. So when Avery is given the chance to make good of his promise, he grabs it by the reins and doesn’t let go.
One issue: Derek won’t let him, no matter how many times he tries.
(aka we thought Avery needed to be put through the horrors a “tad” more so we gave him a time loop. as a treat.)

As a result, over the course of their years in space together, the two went through a few misunderstandings.(aka 3 times Rocky corrected a misunderstanding Grace had due to their language barrier, +1 time Grace was the one to correct Rocky)

Tim figured out that his parents were big-time drug traffickers at age nine, but when people start dying and Batman won't listen to him, the only available option is the Red Hood, who's just as likely to shoot him as he is to help him. That's why it's such a surprise when Tim shows up at his safehouse and Gotham's most undead and dangerous vigilante invites him in for spaghetti dinner.
