Summary
Two feet of snow blankets the ground this morning. There was a storm last night, and it was all anyone wanted to talk about for the past week. This isn’t unusual for New Jersey, but the first storm of the winter always brings chaos. The few days before an alleged storm were packed with the vigilantes helping out the unhoused of Gotham find shelters and ensuring that said shelters were stocked with food, blankets, space heaters, medicine, and water. Most of the time, people know to stay in, but the vigilantes were still expected to make occasional sweeps across the city to help anyone stuck in their cars. This is on the agenda for today, but first, they have to dig themselves out of the manor.

Tim Drake was eternally grateful for Cassandra Cain.
The transfer to Metropolis University after two years of studying and pitching for Gotham City University was difficult. Steph and Cass both committed to MetU in high school, wanting to get out of Gotham as soon as possible and play D1 softball for a reputable team. Tim was a bit reluctant to leave Gotham. It was all she had ever known. It was safe. Change was scary. But Cass had been there for her every step of the way. When Tim heard about the MetU pitcher’s early retirement, the opportunity seemed perfect as she was growing restless in her business classes and thought about pursuing psychology instead, and MetU had a great program… and an award-winning catcher with a killer attitude.
