Summary
Their family may not exactly be functional, but Vergil, Dante, and Nero are making things work the best they can. When Nero decides he wants to go to school, it presents Vergil with new challenges in his journey of fatherhood: Relearning life without a child by his side, accepting he can't always protect his son, and, hardest of all, learning to let Nero go.

Summary
After narrowly escaping the Demon World, an injured and weakened Vergil finds himself with a whole new set of problems when he discovers a boy he cannot deny is his son. Trying to hide from any demons that might be pursuing him while also figuring out how to raise a child with issues of his own, Vergil knows he's in way over his head.
But Nero is his son and his responsibility. Learning to live with each other may not be easy, but Vergil is determined to make it work. Summary
Kanae Katagiri is resolved; she knows her heart and feels no need to act. On her honor as a Quincy, she will die serving the Ishida Family and battling Hollows. She wouldn’t have it any other way.
Ryūken Ishida is frustrated; his lineage sabotages all chances of happiness. One night in the rain, Katagiri all but says that she loves him. Does she really expect nothing more to happen? He can rationalize that she’s a Gemischt and that it won’t work, but his heart (and, embarrassingly enough, his body) doesn’t care.
Masaki Kurosaki is invested; she’s rooting for her cousin, Ryūken Ishida. He needs all the luck he can get—braving his family gets easier, wooing Katagiri doesn’t. She tries to help when she can and gossips to Isshin and Urahara when she can’t.

A.K.A. Arranged marriage was common for all of the Quincies to preserve and pass on skills. Ryūken was depressed but resigned to it for himself and others… until Katagiri is told to prepare for marriage interviews.
A suddenly defiant Ryūken plunges the Ishida household into chaos.
