He didn’t like the taste, and he hated not being in control of his own mind and body. Besides, that shit was terrible for your health, and he was trying to keep to a strict student-athlete regiment. He couldn’t keep his 4.0, set multiple records on the swim team, and go hang out with a bunch of inebriated slackers every weekend night. Why would he even want to?

Katsuki’s lip quirked, and Izuku prayed very hard for Nana-sama to lightning strike him into ash.
Izuku’s shoulders sagged. “My Okami—”
“—Is still atrocious.” Katsuki smirked, clearly revelling in the shock on Izuku’s face.
Izuku and Katsuki weren't meant to become close. They weren't even really meant to meet. The differences between their clans — and the significant language barrier between them — should have ensured that.
But nobody has ever needed perfect grammar to fall in love anyway.
