Summary
On her way to steal into the Hall of Faces, Arya comes across the Alchemy Room. She sneaks into it and is sniffing at the powdery contents of a marble pot, when-
"What" - her shoulders jerk - "are you doing?" Jaqen enquires from behind her.
Taken by surprise, she gasps and inadvertently inhales part of the pulverulent substance - an illegal and confiscated drug, roughly translated into "Veinfire Love", designed to temporarily stimulate the production and release of sex hormones in women.
With mild alarm in his eyes, he takes her to the shaman. But instead of an antidote, he is given two options: Either try to subdue the physically harmful side effects by severely cooling down her body temperature or ... alleviate whatever pressing needs she might experience.
But since she never had any sexual experiences and has no real knowledge of such things, how bad could it get?
You never stop learning though. And Jaqen is about to learn that a love-and-lust-crazed Arya, inexperienced as she might be, will tear at the limits of his self-control like nothing he'd encountered before.

At the end of the day, when Arya had encountered Meryn Trant in Braavos, she lay in her bed in the House of Black and White. The darkness of her room and the coolness of her linen sheets were a balm to her nerves. Here and now she could let her thoughts drift more leisurely. So, instead of brooding over the rage in her heart about today's discoveries and over her plans for tomorrow, her mind brought her back to that bawdy question, a stranger had asked her earlier at the harbour.

Summary
Jon goes quiet again, and his hand retracts, but just as quickly he is touching her again, oil on his fingers. He works methodically, moving from one wound to the next, one scar to another, from the base of her back to the top of her spine. It’s so gentle, so caring, and the longer it goes on the more Sansa relaxes, the safer she feels. Her eyes dip close under his rhythmic ministrations, and her mind goes blank, and she starts to feel the familiar lull of sleep edge around her mind.
“This is supposed to make the scars fade?” Jon asks as he finishes up, his warm hands leaving her back, making her feel cold and startling her from her reverie.
“Yes.”
She isn’t sure she imagines the tightness in his voice when he speaks again. “If you are to do this every night, then I will gladly assist you.”

Jon rubs a soothing balm into Sansa's scars every night.
But that's it. Nothing more. Definitely not. He's just there to help her do what she can't do herself.
