Summary
The war is over, the treaties are signed, the Galactic Council is pacified. Megatron sits on a balcony and broods. Optimus is completely fine actually, his new job is great, and anyway, it's Megatron who needs help. Soundwave refuses to help. Starscream and Bumblebee are co-consuls. Rumble and Frenzy are in prison. Ultra Magnus is doing his best. Above them all in Cybertron's slowly healing atmosphere, clouds form and break.
A story about fighting for peace, about giving up everything you have for love, and then having to live with it. About being a soldier when there’s no war left to fight.
Peace, in the end, did not involve the total subjugation of the galaxy to Megatron's iron will. He did not tear down the galactic council to lay its ruins at Optimus' feet as his act of profferance. He did not end all war or rid the world of falsehood. He did not establish a tyranny so complete that no one remained to call it tyranny.
Peace, in the end, did not involve him much at all.

Summary
Optimus Prime, el despiadado líder de los autobots, estaba seguro de que sería condenado a la desactivación. Ni siquiera el paciente Megatron, líder de los decepticons podría pasar por alto todo lo que le había llevado a este punto. Summary
Megatron is surprised to find that he adjusts to peace-time life far more easily than Optimus does.
“Great. That’s great.” Optimus says, and does not elaborate. Megatron takes a long drag from his cube and waits patiently for the rest of the story. There’s some restless shifting on the other side of the line (discernible by the slight scraping of metal) and an odd clanking noise. Finally, Optimus continues.
"I'm in holding room 13 at Cybertronian Watch. Can you please come get me out?”
Featuring a sting operation with Bumblebee, Soumdwave's cassette hunt, Megatron's utter exhaustion, and a complete failure of decent communication.

Summary
He collapses back into the couch as Megatron had done. "What are we going to do," he moans.
"Nothing!" decides Megatron. Optimus had sucked the helplessness from him, and so, free, he explodes to his feet. "Let the idiots who kicked us from power suffer the consequences. Then we rebuild again, grab back our seats, and avoid the rolling mill machine for the rest of our days."
"I thought you didn't want Neutrals tearing down your hard work?"
Megatron, pacing, doesn't look at Optimus. "No, no, I did a poor job of it the first time. Let them take the blame for the fall, I will construct something better."
"Do you think people will die when they place those explosives?"
Megatron shrugs.
"Well, we made this planet," Optimus decides. "We knew work had to be done, and we knew it might be endless. If we want to change it we can't go about doing it by letting people die."
