Summary
Mail Jeevas was devoured by curiosity and abandonment; Mihael Keehl was driven by ambition and replacement.
Wammy’s House was where it began. Two boys, forced into stillness, into abandonment, learning each other and only truly having one another. Where innocence, youth, and ethics ran free, childish and sweet. Los Angeles taught them how to survive outside their cages, but not how to remain whole as time and addiction expanded the space between them. New York hollowed them out, sharpening them into seriousness. And Japan… Japan was where everything finally came due.
Between smoke and sugar, silence and violence, Matt and Mello survive. With each other.

Summary
When Mello first met Matt, he thought to himself: ‘he’s alright, but he is a one time thing’. Six years later, Mello woke up to the sounds of his one-time-thing brushing his teeth and vigorously coughing up a lung in the hotel bathroom.
Since they last saw each other, Matt had either recovered or grown up — there are a few ways to put it. Mello isn’t sure how he is supposed to react to it; how to abandon this new Matt. All of this unfolds in the disparate scenes of their chaotic business trip to dawn-and-allergy-ridden Japan.
