Summary
Prussia is in love with Romano and can’t hide it anymore. He finally decides to confess his feelings and tell Romano the truth about how deeply he cares for him.
He travels to the Spanish countryside, where he knows Romano is spending time with Spain and a few other nations he is close to. Prussia expects it to be simple: find Romano, tell him how he feels, and be done with it.
However, when he arrives, he discovers an unexpected guest already there… America. His presence immediately complicates Prussia’s plans, as he keeps interrupting every attempt he makes to confess. Prussia misreads America’s intentions, assumes the worst, and things quickly start to get out of hand…

He still waved across the room when they passed at briefings. But something about them had shifted. It had been subtle at first. A silence stretched too long in between jokes. "Is this a grocery list?" Bringing back the sheet of paper from the counter, Feliciano held it up so the other man could see it.
"..Yes? What else would it be?"
"Waah- you're so mean.." He bashfully looked at the paper. "Does this mean you actually go outside? Can we go outside? I'd really like to go outside."
Setting the book down on the coffee table, Ludwig straightened it out before pushing up his glasses and pinching the bride of his nose. Even if Feliciano was being annoying about it, it wouldn't be hard to get him to comply.
"Of course I go outsi- whatever. Yes, we can go outside. I have errands I need to run."
