Summary
After the cliff, Hannibal and Will do not run toward a new life.
They limp into one.
There are aliases, houses by water, careful touches, rings worn too close to the skin, and all the old ghosts refusing to stay buried. This is not a story about becoming normal. It is about what happens when two people with blood on their hands try to learn tenderness without pretending they are clean.Bookmarked by siomaisxx

Summary
“I’m sorry, Laura Lee, did you join Lottie’s… cult?” Taissa asked.
“It’s not a cult,” Laura Lee pointed out, raising one hand and tilting her head. Every gesture and her tone revealed a practiced quality to it that suggested it was far from the first time she said those words. But then again, she had always been a natural at jumping to Lottie’s defense.
“And she’s quite more important than that,” Lottie added.
--
or, Shauna, Tai, Misty, and Van arrive at the compound looking for Natalie and Lottie, but they are surprised to find out that Laura Lee not only is also present but she also has quite a bit of very interesting history to share with them.

Nat is waiting for Misty when she comes home, with news of another break-in. You can tell me what you found over dinner.”
or, Misty stages a series of burglaries to get Nat's attention, and it absolutely works. Eventually.

Summary
“Sure, I'll do it,” Nat agrees. Against her better judgement, maybe, but fuck it—she’s never been one for smart decisions, and she won't start now. “I'll be your arm candy, rage bait, whatever. Just don’t go falling in love with me or anything.”
The corner of Lottie’s mouth curls upwards, showing her crooked tooth. “I’ll do my best.”
She holds out her right hand, waiting. Nat reaches out and takes it, and there: an agreement struck by words, bound by skin. Down the hall, across sun-drenched tiling, the shadows of tree branches stretch out like antlers below them.
