Foggy hasn't played hockey since high school. It's not that he didn't enjoy it, he just...wanted to make a name for himself. As a lawyer, not as a hockey player.
That doesn't mean he'll never play again, just...not as much, maybe not at all for a while. Besides, he's got a new best friend to hang out with now, and a future career as a kick-ass lawyer to build. Who would have the time for hockey?
