Draco’s eyes suddenly darkened, his smile freezing into a cruel, venomous grin. He leaned close to her ear, his hot breath carrying the scent of whiskey and mint brushing against her earlobe, whispering in demonic voice:
“But remember this well, my sweet little master… Once you’ve chained me, don’t even think about running away. I’ll be the sweetest poison in your veins for the rest of your life — slowly eating you up, draining every last drop of that precious strength… until death do us part.”
