Summary
The work kept him sort of fed, clothed, and able to buy some first-aid supplies. Rent was out of the question (not that he could sign a lease, being underage and without ID), so he’d found a condemned abandoned building to squat in. No power, no hot water and structurally unsound, but it was out of the rain and he had a stray cat as a roommate, so it was fine.
Peter was fine. Hungry, cold, and alone, but fine. The fact that his new home was not in Queens but instead was ever-so-slightly over the border in Hell’s Kitchen was a tad bit concerning, but that was fine, too. He just made sure not to do any Spider-Manning near Daredevil’s territory to avoid drawing the Devil’s attention.
Everything was fine. Totally.

She smiled. “Well met. You must be my cousin Ivan.”
“Vanya,” he replied automatically. “No one calls me Ivan unless I’m in trouble.” Which, unfortunately, had been near constant since the Conclave. “We’re cousins?”
“All the noble families in the Marches have married at least once, but yes, Bethany found a few connections between the Amells and the Trevelyans.” She turned to Varric. “You should have heard the sound she made when she discovered the connection. It was like someone squeezed a nug.”
“Bethany?” Vanya asked.
“Bethany Hawke,” Varric said. “She’s the Champion’s sister. Which would also make her your cousin.”

“Because you’re you,” she blurted. Cullen’s brow rose as she blushed and cleared her throat. “Because you’re important to me.” Then she smiled, a mischievous glint in her eyes. “And I’ll be damned if I let some jackass blood mages ruin that. So, do you accept this wager?”

Summary
When Conner died fighting Superboy Prime, he left more than just a heartbroken Tim behind.
Faced with being a single teen parent, Tim has to struggle between the loss of his father, his two closest friends, and the love of his life. Then Bruce is gone, and Robin is taken from him as well.
Betrayed by what remains of his family, Tim happily stays away, vowing to his son that he will never have to be exposed to the Bats. After all, they never cared for Tim; why would he think they would care about his child? So far, he's been lucky, not having run into any of the Bats despite still living in Gotham.
Sure, his luck was bound to run out eventually, but he hoped his son would at least be old enough to talk when it did.
Or; 5 times Tim has no choice but to introduce his son to a member of his family, +3 times he does so gladly.
