Shen Jiu’s gut tightened. His shizun had been harsh certainly, but if he would consider all of his previous punishments less direct means, Shen Jiu didn’t know what the alternative would be. He glanced up, waiting. From the corner of his eye he caught a shift from Yue Qi. He looked calm but, even after everything, Shen Jiu still knew him better than anyone. His shoulders were tense, hands tucked so the sleeves of his robes would hide them. He was nervous.

Twin sounds of impact pulled his attention back to Qi-ge, who was now... Kneeling? Wide-eyed, he was staring at Shen Jiu as if he had been offered a boon.
"Shidi is free to use this shixiong's mouth in any way he sees fit," Qi-ge offered eagerly.
