Summary
“It was… dark, for a while,” Kim Dokja continues, now fiddling with his fingers. “But then this—” he waves vaguely at the air, “box, thing, I don't know, popped up.”
“You don't know?”
Glaring up at him, Kim Dokja scowls. “No,” he says irately. “I don't know what the mysterious blue floating box I've never seen before is. I apologize for not being as smart as you, Lord Yoo. Should I grovel and beg forgiveness for my lack of intellect?”
Yoo Joonghyuk didn't know what he'd been expecting Kim Dokja to be like, but it certainly wasn't how he really was.
Two years into high school, Kim Dokja kills himself. Except, in some cruel, twisted, sick trick of fate, he somehow doesn't die—instead, his soul gets bonded to Yoo Joonghyuk, his penpal from middle school.
Understandably, Yoo Joonghyuk is very disgruntled by the suicidal ghost that keeps following him around.

“‘t’s not my fault,” sniffles Kim Dokja, rolling over to face Yoo Joonghyuk. His eyes are red rimmed, puffy and wet. His long eyelashes only appear longer, tears lengthening them. “Y’r so pretty and popular and cool and I–I–I’m just a–a stupid virgin who's never even kissed anyone!” He chokes on the last part, stuttering as more tears slip from his eyes.
Yoo Joonghyuk has never found someone more attractive than in this moment. Is that weird? Maybe he’s a pervert. Being attracted to his roommate, who he doesn’t even like, who is a man, and who is crying on top of that. “I’ll kiss you,” slips out before he can even think about it. Shit, he must really be a pervert.
When Kim Dokja stumbles drunkenly into their dorm one night and admits he's never kissed anyone, Yoo Joonghyuk finds himself offering to help him practice. What neither of them are expecting, though, is it to feel so good they end up continuing their practice and fake dating on the internet for money.

After hitting 1,000,000 followers on Twitch, Kim Dokja has to climb to the highest rank in a hero shooter game—far different from his usual story game. Aggravated after he loses a game because of Yoo Joonghyuk, he swears to enact revenge.

“Do you want an egg with breakfast?” The man asks, leaning further into the room, wearing an apron the same revolting green as Yoo Joonghyuk's pants, also portraying the same dancing pineapples.
He’s most certainly in hell.
Yoo Joonghyuk wakes up after dying in his 1,863rd regression, except he's not on subway cabin 3707.
Instead, he's somehow in Kim Dokja's apartment. Of course, he thinks he's in hell.

Summary
The last place on earth Sakusa Kiyoomi wants to be is on this godforsaken ship sailing across the seas to attend a boring science lecture, but it is a necessary evil if he wishes to avoid attending his grandmother's birthday celebrations.
