Midoriya Izuku was 6 years old when his quirk finally came, and he found out he was a rare "false negative". And at the same age, he learned that having a quirk meant nothing if said quirk didn't stand out more than his red shoes.
Midoriya Izuku isn't quirkless.
He has a quirk.

In Japan they worship about eight million gods. This was quite a lot, actually, and they all needed some kind of entertainment in their lives. He could understand that. So they had probably some kind of godly television with hero channels and live broadcasts of natural disasters and the like. And somewhere in this heavenly television program, there was a sitcom or a daily soap called “The Life of Izuku”. And the gods would watch him struggle through his life, laugh at his clumsiness and probably play matching music during his bully-episodes. Maybe there was even this fake laugh in the background that told them “This is funny, you should laugh here” whenever he was tripped and fell.
Yeah, that had to be it. Why else should he have so much bad luck every single day of his life and this day especially?----------------------------------------------------------
On the worst day of his life, Izuku decides to take the literally last step and end his misery. But of course, things never played out like he planned and now he suddenly has... three hero mentors helping him to become a hero himself?

Izuku never knew his bio-father. His stepfather walked out years ago, leaving just him and his mom, and to be honest, that's how he liked it. The lack of a paternal unit never once bothered him - and besides, any 'fatherly influence' that might be missing from his life was filled perfectly well by All Might. So you could imagine how surprised he was to find out that not only was his father alive, but he was an infamous supervillain - and Izuku wasn't the only child he'd begotten and then abandoned before. Worse - not even he could've anticipated that the pro-hero he slept with months before taking the UA entrance exam would turn out not only to be his homeroom teacher, but one of those abandoned children, too...

Izuku wasn't normal, he was obsessive and possessive of what was his to what many people would call a toxic degree and had little to no morals to draw a line at. Still he liked to think he was pretty good at making other people think he was normal. He had a normal job at a hero agency and normal coworkers he had a normal relationship with and he's satisfied with that. As long as he keeps access to his precious baby cousin Katsuki he'll keep pretending nothing is wrong with him. So why is Nezu and Eraserhead trying to ruin all his hard work?
When Nezu showed him the analyst he had his eye on, Shouta was instantly smitten. The pursuit wouldn't be easy of course as Izuku keeps refusing them, but Shouta is nothing if not persistent. After all, his love clearly needs him. Like recognizes like and Shouta can tell Izuku is just like him yet he suppresses his own nature. That just won't do. Shouta will get him to embrace who he is and then they'll live happily ever after.
