Yuuta and Toge are finally living the peaceful life together they've always dreamed of (well, as peaceful as their line of work can get). Their little two-bedroom high-rise apartment is nice, cozy, and the perfect little home nestled in the heart of Tokyo. Things have never been better. Calm, even.
That is, until one little surprise delivery. Emphasis on little.

“We wouldn’t have to tell the girls, and it wouldn’t be all the time. We could limit it to this room, just as needed. Just… for us.” Olruggio meets his gaze, letting the fire in his eyes melt into bashful tenderness. Qifrey sighs, taking a long pause to think.
“Not very watchful of you, hm?” Qifrey responds after a moment. Olruggio raises an eyebrow.
“Oh please,” Olly scoffs, gesturing to their home. “We’ve been grading each other’s homework for years. You know where my morals stand. I’m plenty watchful where it counts.”

After the events of Silver Eve, Qifrey makes the difficult decision to tell Olruggio and the girls his secret. His apprentices come up with many ways to keep him on edge and alert. Olruggio, too- although using slightly less… conventional methods.

Summary
His breath passes through his body in cycles, and he allows himself to focus on it. The stretch in his muscles as his chest expands and back widens. Each inhale seems to unravel something in him, allowing the tension to bleed from his body.
Once more he observes Olruggio’s features, taking in the color of his eyes — an intriguing shade that reminds him of a star-filled sky — and the harsh line of his mouth. He observes the dark strands that fall across his forehead, the cut of his jawline, the bridge of his nose.
I want him and this life we built together.
I want to live.
or: qifrey learns to rebuild. olruggio is by his side.
