Summary
Asya lived with regret and self-loathing for most of her life. Despite being in her mid-thirties and leading a semi-successful career as a professor, she often found herself living in the distant past and contemplating everything that went wrong in it. There were so many mistakes she wished she could take back... so many things that were left unsaid... and she hated herself for wasting every opportunity she was given to make amends. Too much time had passed and old relationships faded away, and she no longer had any hope of getting another chance to fix everything... until a certain someone made a sudden reappearance in her life, forcing her to confront her past all at once.
Will she finally work up the courage to say what she should have said all those years ago? Will she be able to make amends for all the hurt she had inadvertently caused? Can she bear the thought of potentially being hated by someone for the rest of her life? It's up to her to decide if she wants to continue down her doomed predetermined path, or forge an entirely new one with a chance for a more hopeful and bright future.

December 28, 1986.
On the morning of December 28th, complete failure to establish contact with Vorkuta-5 via landline, radio, or telegraph was registered by municipal authorities in Vorkuta during the late morning hours. At 11:00 Moscow standard time, a KGB investigative unit, accompanied by a military escort, confirmed arrival at the designated location.
Over the subsequent hours, the deployed unit conducted a comprehensive survey of the area and were unable to identify any trace of human or animal presence. All residential and administrative buildings were found unsecured, with no evidence of forced entry, disorder, or signs indicative of panic or evacuation.
Or that is what happened so many times before, yet a young girl named Asya, in her declaration of love for the universe, broke the cycle. She climbed up and up, and at the highest platform of the highest antenna for miles around, and broadcast three words for all the world to hear.
I love you.
But what to do now, With Ouroboros' head severed?
