She hasn’t slept in over twenty-four hours, and she’s still got miles and hours to go until she intends to rest.
A version of Under the Waves where Mac comes home before the Ghouta attack, no one gets sarin dropped on them, and everyone is a lot happier.

Gwen played the clarinet for ten years, he knows. It was still in her closet, at least the last time he was in her room, which was… god, months ago now. It might still be there but if he wanted to check he'd have to talk to Mrs. Stacy and that is something he still can’t bring himself to do.
Anyway it’s not like the clarinet would help him, since he’s not the one who knows how to play it, but… it’s a straw-shaped fact and he is grasping.
