    Summary

Satoru has this habit. Maybe tendency is a better word for it. It started in second year. Satoru was always interested in girls. He really liked Inoue Waka, and he’d scope out the magazines at the convenience stores, flipping through the photos of the models and idols. Suguru would stand next to him with his selection of drink and snack in hand, browsing the magazine titles. And Satoru would show Suguru the ones he thought were cute and would comment on them.

Now that they’re in fourth year, Satoru has become downright vulgar with his comments. Suguru has never said anything when Satoru’s tendency flares up. But for some reason, today, Suguru speaks.

“You know, the way you talk makes it seems like you’re overcompensating for something.”

Or Suguru and Satoru play gay chicken. Because they're in love, but they're also idiots.

    Summary

Suguru's art had been colorless for so long. Everything had felt dull, muted. He had created out of obligation, out of necessity; it had been so long since he had created out of something as fleeting and visceral as feeling.

    But now, suddenly—

Everything in his mind was blue.

    //

Or: when Satoru Gojo unknowingly insults struggling artist Suguru Geto's work, the artist finds himself captivated by the muse he never expected—one who would breathe life and color into a passion he thought he'd lost.

Suguru as an artist and Satoru as his muse… omg. One of the most beautiful depictions of their love in such a creative way. I LOVEEEE the way this story explained and showed love and how heartwarming and beautiful the simple act of loving someone can be. Their characters were so cute and fitting and I reallllyyyy desperately needed this beautifully emotional ending to get me through life rn because the last fic I read was heartfuckingbreaking and crimson supernova was just deleted today. I am a freaking warrior.

    Summary

Suguru dead-eyes him across the table.

“Please listen to me, man.” Satoru says.

“No.” Suguru responds in that long suffering way that means he’s going to listen to Satoru but he’s gonna be pissy about it first. “It’s, fucking, 7AM.” Suguru adds. Suguru is not a morning person. It’s why Satoru went and bought the fancy coffee Suguru likes and breakfast sandwiches and red bean buns. He had to go to the bakery across town to get those.

“It’s so important.” Satoru tells him.

“Your opening gambit at 7-fucking-AM was ‘say I’ve gotten into anal play lately, why do I leak cum before I cum?’” Suguru says with a glare.

    “Yeah.” Satoru says.

    Suguru glares even harder.

“Well, you could answer me at least.” Satoru huffs, crossing his arms over his chest.

“I hope you fall off a bridge and die.” Suguru tells him, but he’s unwrapping a breakfast sandwich and pulling the lid off one of the cups of coffee, so.

“I hope you do too.” Satoru says amicably, taking a seat. He pushes some napkins toward Suguru and switches out the breakfast sandwich. Suguru likes the ones with avocado better. “So why do I?”

Left me genuinely breathless from sobbing. I cannot even begin to explain the effect this fic has had on me, and I will continue to cherish it and appreciate how phenomenally and passionately and devotedly it was written, and all of the beautiful and heartbreaking themes it brought up. The sketchbook, the letter, the ocean, the sky, being infinite and endless, christmas, love. Seeing the life fade from someone as bright as satoru, and suguru having to live without him, satoru being taken away so early, too early, and never getting to do so many things and live a mundane life with suguru, and them being together forever in every way. I. Love. This. Fic.

Satosugu hidden inventory/premature death arc (wtv) canon compliant angst should be illegal. I bawled my eyes out. Like I literally just love them so much. Everything about this was so thought out and cute and literally heart wrenching I loved it.
