Summary
Through the power of a strange new devil fruit encounter, Sanji gets turned into an anchor between universes. Zoro doesn't really get to help his crew deal with this, though, because the instant he makes contact with the cook, he's teleported right next to the man again.
Only this time Sanji's wearing different clothes, and looking at him weird. And they aren't on the Sunny anymore. They're in some weird, gray kitchen, and Sanji's holding a weird looking piece of technology, and also looking at him like he doesn't know who the hell he is.
"Who the hell are you?" Sanji says, and it's his voice, but with an accent he doesn't recognize, and Zoro realizes something is very, very wrong.

Modern AU Sanji / Canonverse Zoro. I know it’s a weird premise. It spoke to me.

Summary
Sanji never cut his hair after leaving Kamabakka, he just couldn't bring himself to do it.
The moment he stood before the mirror, scissors in one hand and golden hair in the other, his heart pounded in his chest. In the end he just couldn't do it, leaving the hair fall past his shoulders. It doesn't look that femenine with the suit on.

Summary
“Are you… are you not an elf?" he backtracked, bewildered. He looked Sanji up and down, taking in the golden cascade of his hair and the elegant braids, the delicate points of his ears, his lithe build. The finely embroidered brocade of his clothing shimmered, the pale blue threads iridescent when they caught the light. Everything about him, down to his dignified poise was unmistakable. “Am I missing something?”
“No…” Sanji admitted slowly, narrowing his eyes. “You’re not missing anything.”

Summary
Zoro does not so much “visit” Sanji after the crew splits ways as take an extended vacation away from Sanji and his restaurant. It’s not an immediate switch—Zoro waits a good few months before rearing his head, and Sanji is less than pleased when he does.
---
The end of one dream just marks the beginning of a new one. Zoro and Sanji figure this out, just a little slower than the rest of the crew.

Summary
The tragedy of being a pirate while also wanting to have a meaningful first sexual experience with someone of importance was this: it was statistically unlikely to ever happen.
