Sero stops pushing him once they reach the water's edge, "yes?"

It's shaking.
"You want me…" he tries to clarify, " …to evaporate… the ocean."
Sero nods his head seriously, "yes."
Todoroki doesn't move, he just keeps staring at his trembling hand.
