He shifts on the floor and Chris expects him to get up but instead Leon kneels in front of him and looks up in a way he knows makes him look irresistible. “Let me make it up to you,” he says and, even though he’s a man of many unnecessary innuendos, there’s no doubt what he means right now.

Summary
As soon as he’s done with talking to Grace, Leon gives in to the urge and sheds his gloves, throwing them to the side without a second look. They feel tainted by the T-virus, even though Leon logically knows the black was solely staining his skin and couldn’t transfer like that. He still doesn’t want a reminder of what they were hiding. Then, he finally takes out the ring and slides it onto its rightful place.
He immediately feels more himself, though he's still missing the man that goes along with the accessory.

“I don’t know why you’re so nervous,” Piers said, nudging Leon with his elbow as he spotted one of their suitcases on the baggage carousel. Obediently Leon stepped closer and grabbed it, handing it over to Piers who was already guarding the first of their bags. They had way too much stuff for just a week, but to be fair half of the bags were filled with Christmas presents anyway.
Almost instantly Leon spotted the last of the bags and he retrieved it, too, before returning to Piers who was still looking at him expectantly. At first he only shrugged, and reached out for a bag to carry, but then he gave in. “You know that I didn’t exactly make a good first impression with your mom,” he grumbled, “so imagine how bad I can fuck it up now that there are multiple people to disappoint.”
“Oh, come on,” Piers huffed, rolling his eyes. “Mom loves you. She texts you more often than me!”

Holy shit, was the first thought that hit Piers as he spotted the man in question. He had just walked in from the light rain, and ran his fingers through his dirty blond hair in a way that had no right to be as erotic as it was. The man was wearing tight jeans that accentuated his behind in all the right ways, a brown leather jacket stretched over his wide shoulders, and a shadow of stubble on his handsome face.
Piers watched the man walk up to the bar, lean against it – yup, that ass truly did not quit – and order a drink, and he was pretty much ready to jump up and approach him with all the corny pickup lines he knew. And then some.
Fingers snapping in front of his face made Piers scowl and turn back to Merah. “Where did you disappear to?” she teased, giving his forehead a tap.
