Peter threw his hands up, exasperated with himself more than anything. "I’m proposing to you. Do you want me to beg? To kneel? ’Cause I’ll do it. I’ll drop down on one knee right now if that’ll help you say yes."
Johnny’s mouth fell open, half-laugh, half-horrified gape. "You’re not—don’t you dare—"
"I will," he insisted, already bending one leg, because if nothing else, he could commit to the bit. "I’ll make this the most convincing fake proposal you’ve ever seen, Johnny Storm."
Peter Parker, 27, tries to manage a multimillion international company, the Zodiac, and a brand new husband at the same time. What could possibly go wrong?

Summary
Months after getting his powers, when the Fantastic Four had cemented themselves as the brand new superhero team of New York, Johnny Storm met photographer Peter Parker, right before his first encounter with fellow hero Spider-Man.
A conclusion followed quite fast: neither seemed to like him very much, but at least one of them was in his bed.

“Don’t worry,” Peter said, stacking his chips as the pot slid toward him. “I’ll try to keep my gloating to a minimum. But man, wiping that cocky grin off your face? Deeply satisfying. Maybe I’ll buy you a drink with your own money.”
“You can buy me dinner instead.” Johnny winked without missing a beat.
“Can we kick them out?” Logan grunted, smoke curling lazily from his cigar.
It's poker night, Peter can't stop flirting with his boyfriend, and people are sick of it. Good thing they never claimed to be good at hiding their not-so-secret-relationship.

Johnny let himself lean in just a little. Head to Peter’s shoulder, eyes closed. Just a second. “I’m not your boyfriend anymore. You don’t have to take care of me.”
Peter’s response was immediate, grumbled under his breath like a reflex. “See? Now you’re saying dumb things. You need to be checked out.”
Johnny goes back home with Peter after the events of Uncanny Avengers #20

After an anonymous leak dropped Johnny Storm’s sultry photos online, eagle-eyed fans discovered he’s been hiding a secret tattoo: a spider inked in uncanny resemblance to Spider-Man’s emblem. Talk about fanboy fuel! What a way to start Pride Month!”
Or, Johnny’s secret tattoo goes public, Peter can’t stop thinking about it and the whole entirety of New York thinking they are dating doesn't help.

“Hey, Ben is the fourth favorite. I’m a solid third.”
“His fourth favorite nemesis in Las Vegas—”
“The Little Latverian Chapel, if you want to get exact.”
“With a Doctor Doom impersonator officiating.”
“He said we were his favorite couple of the night, by the way,” Johnny said, yawning. “And he just smiled and nodded when you told him you were actually Spider-Man.”

Sometimes, idly, he'd think about what it'd be like to really throw himself at Spider-Man; push him to the ground, grinding and groaning with as much ferocity as when they got into a fight. Except Spider-Man was way stronger than him, so more likely he'd end up on top, with Johnny pinned beneath him.
Kind of like right now.
Only, in his fantasies Spider-Man was fully conscious of what he was doing, and Johnny could touch him back. Or at the very least speak his mind.
After the Frightful Four manage to hypnotize Spider-Man into working for them, Johnny is put on the receiving end of a very special kind of attention...
