The words have ripped open the door to a deep yearning in him: he wants to shout "Yes!", wants to tell Wei Wuxian that there's nothing he'd rather do than share a simple life with him and A-Yuan. He surprises himself by how little he actually cares about the consequences this choice would bring.

Now, you might think that having a demonic cryptid in your fridge would be a real hoot, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Sure, at first it was a bit of a novelty, but now Larry is just a big pain in the ass. A pain in my ass that I have to deal with every morning.
