Oh goddesses.
Her period has started up again.
Her period has started and she shared the same bed with Link last night and let him kiss her.
She hasn't experienced her period since she was freed from Ganon. Even 100 years ago, it was horribly inconsistent, mostly due to the amount of time that she spent praying in cold water and her dreadful diet. It occurred, but never regularly. But now.... was it back? Why would it only be back now, after a year and a half being free from Ganon? Should she be concerned, or is this a good thing? She'll need to talk to a doctor about this. But not yet, she still has school.

Summary
I love the Regency Romance genre, and especially love Georgette Heyer novels. I was kind of surprised I didn’t see any other zelink Regency AUs because the story certainly lends itself to the genre. Well, be the change you want to see and all that. This story is mostly a Heyer-inspired series of tropes all strung together. Don’t overthink anything I came up with, I went with a lot of semi-plausible stuff that served the story I wanted to tell. It’s also not gonna be historically accurate so don’t expect that either, this is Hyrule, not England, and I can do what I want.

Summary
My take on a 5+1 fic for Twilight Princess Zelink. Five rumors Link heard about Zelda that were wrong, and then the one that turned out to be true.

“I heard you needed a guard.”
“Oh.” She seemed… disappointed, somehow. Her brow was furrowed, her lips curled down at the edges. “Is that all?” Zelda’s voice was scarcely louder than a whisper.
“Well…” Link trailed off. How did he tell her about his worry for her? How the people in town spoke about her? How the castle gossiped? Whispering that she was unstable, a ruler with no footing, who didn’t even trust her own guard.
Zelda shook herself. “I apologize. My curiosity has the better of me.”
How did he tell her he welcomed it? That he wished to cross the ravine between them, but that would require a bridge he had yet to build. So he said nothing and told himself it wasn’t from a lack of courage.
“I am sure I could not ask for a better guard. Of course, you have the appointment.” She hesitated. “Is that truly all you wish, Link?”
