    “That isn’t what I mean,” Shane says gently, brushing his thumb over Ilya’s cheekbone. Ilya’s eyes flutter shut, as if being treated so tenderly causes him physical pain. Like he isn’t used to it. “You’re hurting. I don’t want you to regret it in the morning.” 

    Ilya’s eyes open. “I have never regretted a moment with you.”

    One year after they're married, Shane and Ilya have rung in a spectacular first year on the same team. They've brought the Stanley Cup to Ottawa and are thriving.
    As recognition and thanks, they are invited to be the parade kings of the Ottawa Pride Parade. Ilya gets very horny about Shane in makeup and lets Shane give him a rimmer before riding Ilya into the dawn.

    This is mostly pwp, but features characters from the books (Ryan, Fabian, Harris) and takes place after The Long Game (but no real spoilers other than them being married and finally being on the same team).
