Summary
In one world, the samurai never seriously interact with the shinobi clans, and Senju Hashirama and Uchiha Madara are able to found their village.
In another, the Kazanshogun, leader of all the samurai in the Land of Volcanoes, worries about her access to iron. The only iron trade partners she has access to, the Hagoromo, are slowly being wiped out by the Senju, and to protect her interests, she sends contingents of samurai, warships and weapons to bolster the Hagoromo and Uchiha in their war.
With these additions, the Hagoromo are able to weaken the Senju, before the Uchiha and the samurai divisions sent alongside them launch a surprise attack on the main Senju compound. All of the main Senju line are killed, save one. An unfortunate Tobirama suffers from having red eyes. Madara and Izuna are disquieted by his new role in their clan, for different reasons.

Summary

Summary
To anyone who met Izuku Midoriya in public, he was an anxious but ambitious child who has an unattainable dream.
But to the people in the shadows, the misfits and outcasts, the people who toe the thin grey line between the two worlds that society has made, he’s Sparrow, a vicious informant who will give you all the deepest details on whoever you pay him to get information on. He tracks down criminals and scares them into the hands of the law, yet turns around and gives information to someone who has commited multiple felonies in the past week.
Shota Aizawa has mixed feelings about the bird: He’s put away the most elusive criminals, solved cases the entire prefecture was stuck on, but gave away secrets, secrets that most heroes swore on their careers (read: lives) would never escape the walls of a meeting room. Also, the little bastard is too snarky for his liking.
And yet as the bird flies, a flock follows.
Or: Another fic where Izu is a snarky informant, but this time, he’s bird themed.
