Summary
They make it a point, spending evenings together before going to bed. Sometimes it's just the two of them, drinking wine, or playing Battleship (there are apps for that, but Regina insists on paper and pencils). Sometimes they're reading Henry bedtime stories together, or he's reading to them. Sometimes Regina has to do paperwork until late hours, and they don't talk, but Emma's there, lying on a couch, playing on her phone, legs propped up on a pile of cushions. It all feels like home, and Emma knows that someday they will have exactly that.

Emma smiles and touches her forehead to Regina's cheek stroking another, then nuzzles her behind the ear. Just like she always did for the last... who knows how long. They have been too happy to keep track of time.
"That's not what I meant."
Emma stares uncomprehending.
Regina takes a deep breath and repeats, "I want you to kiss me."
Emma lets out a nervous laugh, like she can't decide if Regina's joking, or became senile. "No? We don't do that? Remember?" -

Draco Malfoy hates Harry Potter. He’s reckless and too involved. No matter how immaculate Draco’s defensive spellwork is, Potter always finds a way to get hurt in his Auror equipment. It forces Draco to spend endless hours in his lab perfecting the spellwork and charms to protect The Almighty Savior. How does one even manage to get their entire leg sliced off on a standard patrol shift anyway?
Draco is an inventor and potioneer for the DMLE. Harry is an auror with a death wish and an invincibility complex it seems. Draco’s job is to preemptively keep Harry safe by improving his equipment. Harry and Draco grow closer every time he sheepishly limps into Draco’s work room. This comes to a head when Draco must care for Harry after a magical accident. Trauma resurfaces, people maybe don’t change. They are quite hot for each other while they navigate these complexities.
