It’s absolutely fine, providing that no-one Upstairs or Downstairs notices – and after nearly eight hundred years, what are the the chances of that?
Right.
It may not be the End of the World, but it’s the end of the Eighteenth Century, the world is changing far too fast, and an angel and a demon are up to their necks in Serendipity, even though that concept was only invented in 1754.
